How do I receive tasks assigned by my supervisor?
If tasks have been assigned to field user, these tasks will be in mobile state.
tasks have been assigned to user and user is not able to get it, please follow below steps :
On FeetPort Home Page, go to the activity in which user is supposed to receive the tasks.
Click on Refresh option over the activity.
User will see changes in activity task status.
Tap on the Activity to open and you will find the tasks under Pending tab.
- On Pending Tasks screen, click on three dots on top right and then click on Time Received.
- All the updated tasks will be visible on screen.
