Update Delete & Map people records from People Collection in Urva

Delete People Records:

1. Go to  People under Collection in Urva web.

2. Select the People records to view.

3. Click on checkbox on left hand side of particular customer. (You can select multiple customers as well)

4. Click on delete icon on right top corner and then click DELETE on pop up to confirm.

 

Update Record information:

1. Go to  People under Collection in Urva web.

2. Select the People records to view. Click on the Customer which you want to edit.

3. Click on the Edit icon on the right bottom corner. (A new pop-up window will appear)

4. Update the information accordingly. Click Update to save changes.

 

Assign records one by one to users, please ensure to first upload records to collection and then follow the steps:

1. Go to  People under Collections in Urva web.

2. Select the People records to view. Click on the record to which you want to assign user.

3. Click on  Users tab from right panel. Now click on Assign button to assign user by entering username in search option.

4. Finally Click on Submit and user will assigned successfully.
