Define OTP

If you have a requirement to validate the information by sending an OTP sms on your customer's/ partner's number that can be defined in FeetPort web console. Let's see the procedure to do.

Tap on Activity under Foundation
Choose Activity in which OTP settings needs to be defined
Go to Activity Settings and tap on 'Mobile' (Activity should contain field of Mobile number)
Under 'Closure Settings OTP' choose 'OTP by sms'
Under Field option choose Mobile Number field of Activity on which sms needs to be sent
Tap on Tick mark to Save the Activity
