Activity Interface: Audio

Audio Inerface: This interface records the audio of the customer if required. A field user can take customer's feedback and consent via audio message.

 

Audio interface can be enabled in an activity form through following steps:

  1. From Navigation Menu, go to Configuration option.
  2. Click on Activities and then choose the activity form by clicking on pencil icon.
  3. Drag and drop the Audio interface from the left menu.
  4. Click on properties icon  to assign and prioritize the audio field.
  5. Click on Save to update the activity form.
  6. Now field user will be able to view this filed in the activity form.
