How to do data formatting of hierarachy?

Feertport Users can format data according to hierarachy by following steps which are mentioned below :

• In your web console click to user profile from the right top corner .

• Swicth user to 3.0 and the  Feetport page will be open.
• Click on Hierarachy option and Hierarachy page will be open.
• Now click on the Arrow to download the template into excel format.
• Fill the data according to the fields such as Name( name of the organisation/territory), Code( code of the Organisation/territory), Type( Org/Territory) and Parent( name of the parent organisation of that particular territory).
• Finally Save as file in CSV(MS DOS).
