How to get Option to take inputs in the form assigned by web user?

In Activity form there is a option to take inputs in the form assigned by Web user.

Let's learn the procedure to get option for this activity :

• In your web console from the navigation menu on the left click on Configuration module.
• Click on Activities .
• Choose any Activity form and click on Edit.
• Go to the Form Builder and select an interface as per requirement.
• Now click on the properties icon .
• Properties Page will be open , now go to Access and select the Web from the dropdowns.
• Click on the back arrow and then click on the Save button to  Save and Update the activity.
