Mapping Area with Mobile User

After configuring and adding an area we can map & assign certain areas to field users.

In order to do it user can follow the steps mentioned below

  1. Click on Area under the Presence module in Navigation menu.
  2. Click on Mapping tab.
  3. Calendar appears on screen and area list is displayed at right.
  4. Choose the Filed User from drop down list.
  5. Drag and drop area from right over the date in calendar (multiple areas can be mapped for a single day) 
  6. Field User receives a notification about area mapped by the web user
  7. You can also create official meeting area and map it with user for whole day.
