Mapping Area with Mobile User
After configuring and adding an area we can map & assign certain areas to field users.
In order to do it user can follow the steps mentioned below
- Click on Area under the Presence module in Navigation menu.
- Click on Mapping tab.
- Calendar appears on screen and area list is displayed at right.
- Choose the Filed User from drop down list.
- Drag and drop area from right over the date in calendar (multiple areas can be mapped for a single day)
- Field User receives a notification about area mapped by the web user
- You can also create official meeting area and map it with user for whole day.
