Show Task ID on Tasks

Show Task ID on Tasks

Task IDs are unique to identify the tasks. A web user can make the task ID visible for a field user in order to avoid duplicacy in tasks.

Follow the steps to add Task ID on task:

  1. From Navigation Menu, go to Configuration option.
  2. Click on Activities and then choose the activity form by clicking on pencil icon.
  3. Go to Settings and then click on General.
  4. Click on + icon to open the Advanced settings.
  5. Scroll down to Show Task ID check box and select it.
  6. Click on Save to update the activity.
