Creating Workflow

To create a workflow for your organization, follow the below-mentioned steps:

  1. On your Web Console go to Configuration module and click on Workflow sub-module
  2. Click on the plus icon (+) to add a new workflow
  3. Fill label name and description then go next
  4. Add state by clicking on the plus (+) icon 
  5. Choose and name for the state and select the feature you want to be in the state
  6. After creating states go next
  7. Choose web state movement for each state as required for your organization and go next
  8. Tap on Save to create
