How to add fields from previous task to a follow-up task?

To add fields from previous task to a follow-up task. Please follow the steps mentioned below for doing that:

  1. From left navigation, go to Configuration and choose Activities.
  2. Click on the activity, click on the pencil icon and then click on Settings.
  3. Turn on Scheduler option and enter hours before task will be sent to mobile.
  4. Select Follow up and configure it with fields from the previous task.
  5. Finally, Save the activity.
