How to prioritise a task so that it is done first?

To prioritize a task please follow the steps mentioned below:

To auto-populate fields after scanning documents please do these settings mentioned below:

  1. From left navigation, go to Configuration and choose Activities.
  2. Click on the activity, click on the pencil icon and then click on Settings.
  3. Under General Settings, enable Task Priority.
  4. Click Save to save the activity.
