How do I receive tasks assigned by my supervisor?

If tasks have been assigned to mobile/field user, these tasks will be in mobile state. If tasks have been assigned to user and user is not able to get it, please follow below steps :
  • On  FeetPort Dashboard, go to the activity in which user is supposed to receive the tasks.

  • Click on Refresh option over the activity.



  • User will see changes in activity task status



  • Tap on the activity to open and find the tasks in pending tab

When I am tapping on CHECK IN page it is only loading, What do I do?

While starting new task I am getting “Please finish the active task first ” error. What do I do?
