I am unable to track location of my team. What should I do?

If location tracking for mobile user is not appearing then confirm whether field user is following below mentioned criteria's :

1. Location services are enabled and location mode/locating method is set to "High Accuracy"

    Learn More: Enable location and set mode to high accuracy

 2. Battery Optimization should be disabled for FeetPort. 

    Learn More: Disable battery optimization

3. User's device should not be on "Energy saving mode"

4. User should be logged in the application. They can logout of the application after their shift timings are over.

If all these criteria are followed by field users and still his location details are not visible in Feetort web portal, please write us  at "support@feetport.com"  and our support team will provide you further assistance.
