I am unable to track location of my team. What should I do?

If location tracking for mobile user is not appearing then confirm whether mobile user is following below mentioned criteria's :

1. Location services are enabled and location mode/locating method is set to "High Accuracy"

 2. Battery Optimization should be disabled for FeetPort. 

    Learn More:Disable battery optimization

3. User device should not be on "Energy saving mode"

4. User should be login in the application. They can logout of the application after their shift timings are over.

 

If all these criterias are followed by mobile user and still his location tracking is not appearing please write us @support@feetport.com and we will look into the details.
