Vivo Device not receiving push based updates & notifications
Vivo has identified that there are issues in using the apps on its devices without whitelisting. To whitelist an app, please follow the instructions below:
Why can I not receive the notifications from Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media apps?
Please don't worry, you can follow these steps to solve this issue:
1. Turn on Allow notification of the apps;
2. Turn on Notification in Settings of the apps;
3. Add the apps to Speedup whitelist;
4. Turn the apps on in High background power consumption;
5. Allow the apps to Autostart.
