Why I am getting "User account already is use. Try with another or contact your admin" Error?

User will get this error when he will try to login from a different device without resetting the previous one. FeetPort mobile application can not be used in two different devices with the same credentials due to security reasons.

To resolve this, the Web User needs to Delete Device from the Web Console. Mobile user can contact Administrator or call at FeetPort support for help.
