How do I receive tasks assigned by my supervisor?
If tasks has been assigned to user, these tasks will be in mobile state. If tasks has been assigned to user and user is not able to get it, Please follow below steps :
On FeetPort dashboard go to the activity in which user is supposed to receive the tasks
Click on refresh option over the activity
User will see changes in activity task status
Tap on the activity to open and find the tasks in pending tab
