How to assign topics to users?

Lets learn to assign:

From the Navigation Menu, click on the Topics under the Learning Module.
Click on Assigned Topics.
A side window will appear. Click on Assign Topic By.
Select any of the given options: Public, Bands, Role and Territory Role.
You need to select the visible options if you select bands, role or territory.
Click on Assign and that topic will get assigned to selected users.
