How to create & edit a report?

To access expense reports, You must have Permission of Expenses. Permissions can be updated in Roles under Users & Identity.
  1. From the left Navigation Menu go to & Reports Analysis and choose General reports.
  2. Under Performance reports Click on + icon.
  3. Under General step, Choose required steps like Name for report, description and activity.
  4. Click on '+'  icon to add a new field.
  5. Give a label, operation and format for a field.
  6. Click on  settings ' '  icon to configure its properties.
  7. Choose Type of field and field name, Click on + icon to specify any condition.

  8. Click on Next to choose a field to Group records.
  9. Click on next to choose roles to which this report will assign.
  10. Click on Create to save report.

How to compare tour plan with actual areas visited by team?

To download Area reports, you must have permission of area reports, click here to assign permissions:

  1. From Navigation Menu ,go to Reports & Analysis and choose General Reports.
  2. Select Area report tab and choose Area report.
  3. Select an Activity to compare visits with planned areas.
  4. Select Territory and users.
  5. Choose location Field Name of activity.
  6. Choose a date range.
  7. Click on SUBMIT to extract report in Excel Format.

How to view targets vs achievement report?

Web user must have permission of Targets and Goals. To access target reports, folow the below steps:

 

  1. From Navigation Menu, go to Reports & Analysis and choose General Reports
  2. Select Target Report Tab and Click on Target Report User Wise.
  3. Choose Goal and its occurrence.
  4. Select Supervisor.
  5. Click on Show Territory wise to view report of users in specific territories
  6. Choose users.
  7. Click on Submit to view report in Excel Format.
  8. Web User can download the report by clicking the download icon on the upper right corner.

How to view Beat Plan Output report in FeetPort web?

To access Beat Plan Output reports, you must have Permission of Beat Plan. 

Follow the steps:

  1. From the left Navigation Menu, go to Reports & Analysis and choose General reports
  2. Under BEAT PLAN REPORT tab Choose Beat Plan Report
  3. Choose Beat Plan and its Occurrence
  4. Choose Username
  5. Select Tasks, Beat Geo fencing and Area planning with their radius (in meters)
  6. Click on GET REPORT to view report.

How to view and export Target Report?

Web User can view or export target reports in excel through followings steps:

  1. From Navigation Menu, go to Reports & Analysis module in FeetPort web console.
  2. Click on General Reports sub module and choose Target report.
  3. Now click on the Target Report out of all type of reports available.
  4. Choose goal, occurrence, supervisor and users.
  5. Also, you can view the report territory wise by checking the 'Show territory wise option'.
  6. Click on Submit.

How to view User Summary Report in FeetPort web?

User Summary report is an important tool in comparing and analyzing the user's performance for a defined period of time) week, month and customize time period).
You can also check which users have marked the attendance late according to their shift timing. Also, you can view the total number of days of delay in attendance marking.

Admin user can view the report by following below steps:

  1. Click on the General Reports module from Navigation Menu.
  2. Under the User Report, you can choose the User Summary report.
  3. A new window will appear and select Users, Activity, Buffer Value for Late in Attendance.
  4. Select the time period for which you want to view the data.
  5. Click on Submit and data will be viewed on screen.

How to create a live dashboard on a web portal?

To create live dashboard of web user account, please follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. From left Navigation Menu, go to Reports & Analysis and click Dashboards..
  2. Click on + icon to Add new graph.
  3. Now select Organisational hierarchy.
  4. Pick a template the data you want to view and Pick a module and then pick the activity.
  5. Click Submit to view chart or graphs.
  6. Data can be filtered by Filter by option.
  7. Under Configuration, select the general configuration of data to be shown on X-axis and Y-axis along with time field and chart type.
  8. Choose an option from Group by and Order by menu.
  9. Under Mobile Configuration, select Time Interval and Refresh Interval for graphs visible in field user's mobile app.

  1. From left Navigation Menu, go to Reports & Analysis and click Dashboards..
  2. Click on + icon to Add new graph.
  3. Now select Organisational hierarchy.
  4. Pick a template the data you want to view and Pick a module and then pick the activity.
  5. Click Submit to view chart or graphs.
  6. Data can be filtered by Filter by option.

To create live dashboard of web user account, please follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. From left Navigation, go to Reports & Analysis and click Dashboards.
  2. Select WEB DASHBOARDS.
  3. Click on Add new graph and Pick an activity.
  4. Pick a level and Pick a territory and Submit it.
  5. Choose an option from Group by and Order by menu.
  6. Choose options from Y-axis.
  7. Click on Submit.
  8. Finally, click on Add to dashboard.

On your web dashboard, you will be able to see mobile user's (Reporting directly or indirectly) location on the map. Please note the location on the map can be seen for users logged in the app.

How to view the users logged in to FeetPort on web?

On your web dashboard by default, you will be able to see mobile and web users status reporting directly to you. Please follow:

  1. Just under the map with user status, you will be able to see MOBILE USERS STATUS (REPORTING DIRECTLY TO YOU) and WEB USERS STATUS (REPORTING DIRECTLY TO YOU) options.
  2. Web users status LOGGED IN, LOGGED OUT and NOT LOGGED IN can be seen as well as MARKED IN, MARKED OUT and ON LEAVE for mobile users.

Mobile user dashboard keeps mobile users updated with their performance with help of analytics and charts. Mobile user dashboard can be easily configured with the following steps:

  1. From Navigation Menu,  go to Reports & Analysis module.
  2. Choose Dashboards sub module.
  3. Select 'Mobile Dashboards' and click on plus icon '+'.
  4. On the bottom, click on any number which  represents how many tabs you want in the dashboard ( ie for 1 tab click on 1 . for 2 tabs click 2 and son on)
  5. Now from the left side drag analytics options to the tabs.
  6. Name the tab as per your preference and click on it
  7. Click on analytics option and select name, description, refresh interval and type of chart (Bar or Pie).
  8. Click on Right icon on top to save it.

How to delete the Dashboard from FeetPort Web?

Dashboard can be deleted from FeetPort web portal through following steps:

  1. From left Navigation Menu, go to Reports & Analysis and click Dashboards..
  2. Click on the checkbox ⬜ against any of the dashboard that you wish to delete.
  3. Click on delete icon on upper right handside.
  4. Click on Delete on confirmation dialog box.
  5. Selected Dashboard will get deleted.

To view and edit the dashboards in FeetPort, follow these steps:
  1. From left Navigation Menu, go to Reports & Analysis and click Dashboard.
  2. You will be able to view the list of the created Dashboards.
  3. Click on any of the dashboard that you wish to edit.
  4. Edit the fields under Configuration.
  5. Click Submit.

How to delete report/ graph in a Dashboard in FeetPort?

Reports of a dashboard can be deleted from FeetPort web portal as per following steps:

  1.  From Navigation Menu, go to Reports & Analysis module and click on Dashboards sub module.
  2.  Now you will be able to see list of created dashboards.
  3. Click any of the listed Dashboard.
  4. Now select Organisational hierarchy.
  5. Pick a template the data you want to view and Pick a module and then pick the activity.
  6. Click Submit to view chart or graphs.
  7. Click on the Delete icon on the top right hand to delete that graph.
  8. Click again on DELETE for confirmation and the selected graph will be deleted from the dashboard.

How to download distance traveled report?

Web Admins can download the report of distance traveled by the team in a day for a particular period of time. This helps in managing and reimbursing expenses for employees.

Just simply follow the steps:

  1. From the Navigation Menu, go to the Reports & Analysis
  2. Click on the 'General Reports'.
  3. Now you need to click the 'User Report' tab and  then go to 'Distance traveled Report'. 
  4. A side window will appear, select Activity, Territories, Users & Date Range.
  5. Click on 'Submit' to view the option.
  6. Click on Export Excel on upper right corner and the report will be downloaded in excel form.

How to download attendance report for single user ?

You can download the User's attendance report, follow the below steps: 

  1. Click on the General Reports module in the Navigation Menu.
  2. Under the User Report, you can choose the Single user or Multi user report.
  3. Click on Single User report.
  4. Select From date and To date and the user for which you want to fetch the report.
  5. Click Submit to view the report.
  6. Click Export Excel from top right side and report will download.

How to download Multi User attendance reports for all users?

To access these reports, You must have Permission of Presence reports. Click here to access Roles

  1. From  Navigation Menu, go to Reports & Analysis and choose General Reports.
  2. Select Multi User Attendance from USER REPORT tab.
  3. Choose a Supervisor  to view his/her Team attendance. You can choose All.
  4. Choose a Date range and select Users
  5. Click on SUBMIT to download report in Excel format.
  6. Web User can also download the attendance report for a single mobile user by clicking on Single Attendance Report.

You can view the User's attendance report, follow the below steps: 

  1. Click on the General Reports module in the Navigation Menu.
  2. Under the User Report, you can choose the Single user or Multi user report.
  3. Click on Single User report.
  4. Select From date and To date and the user for which you want to fetch the report.
  5. Click Submit to view the report.

  1. Click on Multi User report.
  2. Select From date and To date and the user for which you want to fetch the report.

Fetch report of Mobile users for Missing days when they haven't done any task: 
  1.  From Navigation Menu in FeetPort web console.
  2. Click on Report & Analysis and click on Performance Report .
  3. Click on Config option on Missing Days Report.
  4. Choose filters as per requirement and click on EXPORT.
  5. Report will be downloaded in Excel.

How to view and download Login Report?

A web user can view Login Report in which he can view the field users who have done attendance and data punch in one single report.

To download this report, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the General Reports module from Navigation Menu.
  2. Under the User Report, you can choose the Login report.
  3. A side window will appear. Select the Activity form and Users from the list.
  4. Select the Date and Time Period of the report to be downloaded.
  5. Finally, click on Submit.
  6. Report data will be visible on the screen.
  7. Click the Export option from the upper right corner.
  8. Your report will get downloaded in an excel form.

A web user can view leave with attendance of field users in one single report.

To view& download this report, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the General Reports module from Navigation Menu.
  2. Under the User Report, you can choose the Attendance Report with Leave History report.
  3. A side window will appear. Select Users from the list.
  4. Select Time Period of the report to be downloaded.
  5. Finally click on Submit.
  6. Report data will be visible on the screen.
  7. Click Export option from upper right corner.

How to download performance reports?

To download performance reports, you must have some reports configured in your account. 

To download the report in an excel form. follow these steps:

  1. From left Navigation Menu, go to Reports & Analysis and choose General Reports
  2. Click on Config button on any Report card under PERFORMANCE REPORT tab.
  3. Choose required parameters like Territories, Workflow States and Users.
  4. Choose a specific time range
  5. Click on Export to download report in Excel format
  6. Click on set as Favorite to directly access performance report from Download button in future.

To update / delete performance reports, you must have some reports configured in your account. To configure a report, click here

  1. From left Navigation Menu, go to Reports & Analysis and choose General Reports
  2. Click on Edit option on any Report under PERFORMANCE REPORT tab.
  3. Edit name of the report on the first page and click Next.

How to download report of expenses submitted?

To access expense reports, you must have Permission of Expenses.
Let us know how can you download expense report of an user:
  1. From Navigation Menu, go to Reports & Analysis and choose General reports
  2. Under Expense Report tab Choose Expense Report and select the expense report.
  3. Choose required parameters like Users and time range.
  4. Choose a Display value e.g, Employee code, Designation, Band and Supervisor
  5. Click on SUBMIT to download report in Excel Format.

How to update role for Expense report?

Permissions can be configured for the desired roles to give access to report to other admin users. 

This can be done in following steps:

  1. From Navigation Menu, go to Reports & Analysis and choose General reports
  2. Under Expense Report tab Choose Expense Report and select the expense report.
  3. Select  the roles to give access to the web users. 
  4. Click Submit to save the changes.

How to download Area Report?

Let us know how can you download expense report of an user:
  1. From Navigation Menu, go to Reports & Analysis and choose General reports
  2. Under Expense Report tab Choose Area Report and select the expense report.
  3. Select activity, territory and users to view report.
  4. Now select File Name and Time Period for which you want to fetch report.
  5. After selecting all the parameters, click Submit.
  6. Area report will be displayed on your screen.
  7. Click on download icon and report will be downloading in an excel.

How to view & download Target Reports Period Wise?

A web user can view Targets Reports Period Wise Report of field users in one single report.

To view& download this report, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Reports & Analysis module from Navigation Menu.
  2. Under the General Report, you can choose the Targets Reports Period Wise report.
  3. A side window will appear. Check Territory wise if you want to see the report based on territories.
  4.  Select Level and Territory.
  5. Afterwards, select User, Goal and Occurrence.
  6. Select Time Period under Views field for the report to be downloaded.
  7. Finally click on Submit.
  8. Report data will be visible on the screen.
  9. Click Export option from upper right corner.
  10. Your report will get downloaded in an excel form.
  11. Also, you can change the view of report by clicking on upper right corner.

How to view & download Target Report User wise?

Web user can view and download the target report based on users.

To view& download this report, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the General Reports module from Navigation Menu.
  2. Under the User Report, you can choose the Targets Reports User Wise report.
  3. A side window will appear. Select Goal and Occurrence.
  4. Check Territory wise if you want to see the report based on territories.
  5.  Select Level and Territory.
  6. Select Users for the report to be downloaded.
  7. Finally click on Submit.
  8. Report data will be visible on the screen.
  9. Click Export option from upper right corner.
  10. Your report will get downloaded in an excel form.
  11. Also, you can change the view of report by clicking on upper right corner.

How to view report of target/ goals for an area in FeetPort web?

Web user can create goals and assign it to field users. Afterwards, web user can view the achieved goals & targets in a graph form report. 

To view this report, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Reports & Analysis module from Navigation Menu.
  2. Under the Target Report, you can choose the Goals Visualization for Area report.
  3. Select Goals from the list and Occurrence.
  4. You can also change the graphical view of the data by selecting various graphs from the list like bar graph, pie charts and donut charts etc.

How to view target/ goals report based on users in FeetPort web?

Web user can view the goals achieved as per users selection separately in FeetPort. The data is re-presentated on the bases of selected users. In this way, web user can evaluate and compare performance of users.

To view this report, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Reports & Analysis module from Navigation Menu.
  2. Under the Target Report, you can choose the Goals Visualization for User report.
  3. Select Goals from the list and Occurrence.
  4. Also, under Settings option you can segments to view data.

Beat Plan Report

What is Compact Attendance Report? How to view and download it?

Admin can view the attendance details of users with IN & OUT time and location for multiple users under Compact Attendance Report. This report can be fetched with task or without tasks count.

To download this report, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the General Reports module from Navigation Menu.
  2. Under the User Report, you can choose the Compact Attendance Summary report.
  3. Click on View option.
  4. Choose With Tasks or Without tasks and then Activity. ( If you choose With Tasks).
  5. Select Users and Time Period for which you want to view report for.
  6. Click on Submit and the report will be displayed on your screen.
  7. On top right corner, click on Download option to download the report in excel.
