How to send diagnostics data for analysis to support team in case the tasks are not getting synced?
If the field user is not able to complete task after Finish & Sync, then there is a chance that the tasks are stuck in queue to get synced.
In case, user needs to send the diagnostic data to FeetPort Support team to check the issue which can be sent in following steps:
- From Mobile Dashboard, click on Menu at left top corner.
- Go to the Settings option and then click on 'Security'.
- Under Security, click on 'Send Diagnostics data for support' and click 'Yes' to confirm.
