How to add comment to a task?

Comments can be added to the task for two communication with the users involved with the task. This allows the web user to ask for any modification in task or web user can provide approval for the task.

The task comment can  be added to a task by following these steps:

  1. From Navigation Menu, go to Tasks module.
  2. Choose Organisation level and Territory and Submit.
  3. All tasks which have been done in that territory are displayed on screen.
  4. Click on the particular Task to view details.
  5. Click on the Comment tab. 
  6. You can add comment and send the comment that will be visible to users.
  7. Also, you can reply to other person's comment to add your opinion.
