How to create Admin/ Webuser IDs for managers / supervisors?

To create web users follow the steps mentioned below:

Creation One by One:
  1. In your web console from the navigation menu click on Users & Identity.
  2. Click on Web User to view users or to create new.
  3.  Click on the + icon to Add new web user.
  4. Fill relevant details of the user: First name, Last name, user name, Mobile number, Email ID, Role, Password, Employee Id, Designation, and other information.
  5. Click on SAVE.

 

Creation Bulk upload:
  1. In your web console from the navigation menu click on Users & Identity.
  2. Click on Web User to view users or to create new.
  3. Click on Upload and download Excel template.
  4. Fill users details, enter Batch name or number.
  5. Drop the file and wait for confirmation of users creation.
