How to delete Profile Picture from FeetPort web?

In FeetPort, you can add a Facial Recognition to the Attendance Marking process for more authenticity.

Some times the user error while marking attendance due to Face/ Photo mismatch. In this case the web user can delete his initially added profile picture so that mobile user can retake the photo and mark attendance easily.

This can be done following below steps :

  1. Click on Identity & Users  from Navigation Menu.
  2. Click on Users, this will display all Field User IDs.
  3. In Search Option,  enter the User ID which needs to be reset.
  4. Click against the checkbox of the User ID.
  5. You will see multiple options on left hand side bar.
  6. Click on Delete Profile Picture option.
